How long do my points last?
Doorstep Luxury Loyalty Points never expire.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

1. Doorstep Luxury Loyalty Points (the "Scheme") is a loyalty scheme operated by Doorstep Luxury under which customers accumulate points in respect of purchases made with Doorstep Luxury. 

2. If a customer is given a refund on a purchase with Doorstep Luxury, the points previously awarded on the purchase will be reduced accordingly.  If there are insufficient points in the customer’s account (for instance due to use of the points for another purchase), the refund amount may be reduced accordingly as well.

3. Points have no direct cash value, and may only be used against purchases made online at Doorstepluxury.com.

4. Customers are solely responsible for any tax liability which may arise and for any other fees charged by governmental or nongovernmental agencies as a result of the customer's participation in the Scheme.

5. If there is any difference between the terms and conditions as set out on www.doorstepluxury.com and other information provided in relation to the Scheme, the terms and conditions on www.doorstepluxury.com will prevail.

6. Doorstep Luxury has the right to withdraw, cancel or change the terms of the Scheme at any time.  Doorstep Luxury will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage. Up to date terms and conditions may be obtained at www.doorstepluxury.com.
