Delivery

We deliver worldwide from our hub in Singapore. Singapore deliveries are always free and are usually made the next working day after purchase.

International - deliveries are free for purchases of S$300 and above (S$20 otherwise) and, depending on your location, are usually made 3 - 6 working days after purchase. All overseas deliveries are made using with international couriers such as Federal Express with traceable tracking numbers.

Returns

We have an open 7-days returns policy. This means that we will refund your purchase in full (without any deductions for shipping, handling, etc) provided you inform us within 7-days of receiving your order and we receive the returned order in good condition. Tax

Singapore - our prices as displayed to you include the prevailing Singapore GST.

International - we do not charge Singapore GST (aka VAT) on international orders. There are also no export taxes from Singapore. However, depending your country's customs regulations, you may be subject to import tax. If there are any such taxes, our couriers (ie.
